When will my Founder's Box arrive?

Because our Founder’s Box is a limited-edition, custom-crafted run, it operates on a pre-order timeline rather than immediate fulfillment. Once our initial launch window closes, we hand-blend, fresh-pack, and prepare every box from our facility. Please allow up to three to four weeks from the close of the pre-order window for your tracking information to generate. We believe that true quality takes time, and we will keep you updated via email at every major milestone of the blending and packaging process.

How long should I steep my tea?

Although the length you steep your tea is completely subjective, many teas have a sweet spot that is recommended by producers. The difference in taste can be immense!
