U.S. Domestic Shipping & Delivery
We proudly ship to all residential and commercial addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses. All packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically takes 2 to 5 business days to arrive once it leaves our hands. You will receive an automated email containing your USPS tracking link the moment your box is dropped off at the post office. Please note that ChaMao Tea is not responsible for postal delays caused by extreme weather conditions or carrier service disruptions, but we will gladly help you track down any delayed packages.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return & Cancellation Policy
Due to the food-safe and perishable nature of loose-leaf tea, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened tea products. We take the health and safety of our community seriously, and food items cannot be safely restocked once they leave our facility. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive an incorrect item, or if your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact our support team at support.chamaotea.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will gladly send out a replacement or issue a refund to make it right.
